Central Patient Registration

In order to improve the Patient Registration Process, Clark Regional Medical Center has centralized registration for all inpatient and outpatient services. The check-in area is just off the front lobby between the operator and the Gift Shop. The Registration Area is in operation Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (Please note: surgery patients arriving before 6:30 am and diagnostic patients arriving before 7:00 am will need to register in the Emergency Department). Patients requiring emergency care should continue to go directly to the Emergency Department.

After hours and weekends:
All patients will be required to register in the Emergency Department.
