Clark Regional Medical Center CEO Matt Smith Named to National “CEOs to Know” List

(July 24, 2025) – Clark Regional Medical Center is proud to share that Matt Smith, chief executive officer, has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the “207 Community Hospital Presidents and CEOs to Know” in 2025. He is one of just a few hospital leaders in Kentucky to make the list.
The annual list celebrates leaders of community hospitals who are making a difference through innovation, dedication and a focus on delivering high-quality care close to home. Since stepping into the CEO role in 2020, Smith has helped lead Clark Regional through key service line growth, improved provider engagement and expanded access to care across Winchester and the surrounding region.
