Clark Regional Medical Center Expands Cardiology Clinic to Mount Sterling

WINCHESTER, Ky. (July, 21, 2025) – Clark Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is proud to announce that Dr. Chioma Nwagabara, will now be offering cardiology clinic services in Montgomery County. As heart disease continues to be the leading cause of death in the United States, CRMC understands the importance of offering cardiology care, close to home.

Dr. Nwagbara is a board-certified interventional cardiologist and earned her medical degree from University of Nigeria Enugu campus, Nigeria and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama Birmingham, Montgomery campus in Birmingham, AL. She completed a fellowship in adult cardiovascular diseases from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN, as well as an additional fellowship in interventional cardiology from the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ.
